Varunraj provides end-to-end counsel on patent prosecution, enforcement, and advisory matters across a diverse range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, organic chemistry, battery technology, medical devices, nanotechnology, nutraceuticals, polymers, food technology, personal care and cosmetics, metallurgy, catalysis, and petrochemicals.
He has a strong track record in patent drafting, managing pre-grant and post-grant oppositions, and representing clients before the Indian Patent Office and various High Courts in complex patent litigation matters. Before joining ANM Global, Varunraj led the Mumbai office of his previous firm, where he managed strategic client engagement, nurtured client relationships, mentored teams, and coordinated with the Indian Patent Office. His clients include multinational corporations, MSMEs, start-ups, and individual inventors. He is also actively involved in IP outreach, delivering advisory sessions and awareness programs at incubators, universities, and academic institutions.
