  • Advised & represented Essar Power against Madhya Pradesh State Government in an Arbitration Petition for a claim of INR 300 Crore.
ESSAR MOBILE – ROTOMAC GLOBAL LTD
  • Advised & represented Rotomac Global Ltd. against a Kolkata based mining company in an Arbitration Petition for a claim of INR 120 Crore
  • Advised & represented against Goa based Steel & Mining company in an Arbitration Petition for a claim of INR 85 Crore.
ESSAR GLOBAL FUNDS LTD
  • Advised & represented Essar Global Fund Ltd. before London Court of International Arbitration in defending a claim of INR 350 Crore. GUPTA COAL
  • Advised & represented Essar Power against Madhya Pradesh State Government in an Arbitration Petition for a claim of INR 300 Crore
JINDAL STEEL & POWER LTD. (“JSPL”)
  • Advised & represented JSPL in defending the claim against an Australian Company before the London Court of Commercial Arbitration (“LCIA”) for an amount of INR 225 Crore.
  • Advised & represented JSPL in defending the claim against Dubai Company before the LCIA for an amount of INR 330 Crore.
  • Advised & represented JSPL in defending the claim against a French Company in before the LCIA for an amount of INR 280 Crore.
  • Advised & represented JSPL in defending the claim against a Zurich Company in before the LCIA for an amount of INR 175 Crore.
