He advises Indian and international clients across sectors including art and cultural property, fashion, sports and gaming, media and entertainment on brand protection, enforcement, commercial strategy and dispute resolution. His practice combines strong contentious experience with specialised advisory capabilities across creative and innovation-led industries.
Subhash’s practice spans intellectual property litigation, enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, trademark and copyright strategy, commercial disputes, arbitration and regulatory advisory. He also regularly advises clients on brand protection, commercial arrangements, employment matters and risk management, and represents them before courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities. He also has a specialised practice in art and cultural property law and serves as an Arbitrator with the Court of Arbitration for Art in the Netherlands and the Hyderabad Arbitration Centre.
