ANM Global successfully represented the cause of Tips Industries Ltd and International performing organisations – SESAC and SUISA before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board to royalties payable by Radio broadcasting station with respect to usage of sound recordings and literary music works. The Judgement equally accredited the rights of lyricists and composers towards entitlement on royalties as under the Copyright Act, 1957.
