Professional Experience:

Anisha’s practice focuses on transactional and client-facing work, providing solution-oriented drafting, vetting, and negotiating of a wide range of contracts across the media, music, content, and new media industries. Her experience spans both traditional agreements and innovative deal structures, enabling her to cater effectively to high-profile clients and multifaceted projects.

In the film and content space, Anisha has been actively involved in the structuring and negotiation of end-to-end development and production deals for feature films, documentaries, and episodic series, including co-production, licensing, assignment, syndication, and distribution arrangements. Notable projects she has recently advised on at ANM Global include Crew and The Sabarmati Report, as well as upcoming titles such as The Bengal Files (Vivek Agnihotri), Gustaakh Ishq (Stage5/Manish Malhotra), and Saali Mohabbat (directed by Tisca Chopra, produced by Stage5 & Jio Studios).

Earlier in her career, she has been deeply involved in landmark and marquee projects such as RRR, Baahubali, The Elephant Whisperers, Kabir Singh, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Jersey, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, De De Pyaar De, Lust Stories franchise, and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, among others.

She has played a significant role in shaping transactions within the music industry, and currently leads the firm’s account with the innovative platform Hoopr (and its upcoming initiative Hoopr Smash), in addition to overseeing agreements relating to music assignments, licensing, and distribution. She has also worked extensively on agreements for live stage musicals and plays.
