With over 14 years of experience, he has exceptional proficiency in crafting strategies and resolving intricate commercial disputes. His impressive track record includes handling high-profile litigation cases in areas like Corporate Commercial Disputes, Partnership Firm Disputes, and Real Estate matters.

Purazar’s hands-on approach and his knack for comprehending clients’ needs enable him to tailor strategies effectively. He is well-equipped to represent clients in the High Court across a spectrum of cases, including Suits, Writ Petitions, Arbitration Petitions and Testamentary matters. Notably, his pro-settlement mindset has facilitated the resolution of numerous complex disputes through mediation, ensuring optimal relief for clients.

Prior to joining ANM Legal, Purazar was running his independent chamber practice known as “Chambers of Purazar Percy Fouzdar” from 2016 till 2023. He not only advised on general corporate commercial litigation disputes but also other specialized fora, including the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Charity Commissioner, Securities and Exchange Board of India, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, and the Economic Offences Wing. His unwavering determination, versatile work style, and innovative problem-solving techniques have earned him acclaim among both his peers and clients

Before his enterprenural venture, Purazar was working at J. Sagar Associates (JSA) for ten years and in his tenure at JSA, Purazar was involved in a diverse range of commercial litigation assignments, including Arbitration, Suits, Company Law Board Petitions, Debt Recovery Proceedings, and complex litigations. This experience, coupled with the guidance of industry stalwarts and collaboration with Senior Advocates and Counsels in various High Courts, equipped him with valuable insights into the litigation landscape and the ability to navigate complex legal issues.

Purazar graduated with “Bachelor of Laws” degree from the renowned Kishinchand Chellaram College of Law, Mumbai in 2009.
