Radhika joined the firm as an Associate Partner in June 2019 and in the short span of one year she was promoted to Partner in June 2020. She brings with her rich experience in Corporate & Commercial laws including her expertise in Aviation related transactions.
Professional Experience:
Radhika started her career in 2010 at the Supreme Court of India as a Law Clerk & Research Assistant for Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.K. Patnaik. She then assisted Ms. Bina Gupta, Advocate on Record, and later joined RNC Legal, New Delhi in their Aviation law team. As a part of her association with ANM Global in 2019, Radhika focused her work on Corporate & Commercial matters of the firm. Radhika has vast experience on Food Safety & Standard related laws. She has also in-depth experience on Legal Metrology related advisory work as she has advised a beverage manufacturer and also other clients on Legal Metrology related matters. She is also an experienced lawyer with respect to Loans & Investment related matters. She is an expert in AIF Regulations and had drafted & negotiated Contribution Agreement for her client. Radhika has advised clients on Public Charitable Trust, prepared documentation carried out the entire registration process. Radhika has advised her clients on Labour & Employment related matters. Radhika is also an experienced Litigation Attorney.
