Rajendra began his career 1998 in the Chambers of Shri. B. Rudra Gowda, a Senior Advocate, at High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore. Rajendra has been appointed as “Amicus Curiae” by the High Court in several cases. He began his career as an Independent Practitioner in the year 2002. Rajendra merged his practice with ANM Global as a Senior Partner, to head the Bangalore Office from 2013.
Professional Experience:
He brings with him more than two decades of rich litigation experience in Civil and Criminal matters across various sectors. He has handled matters as a lead defense counsel, related to High-Net-Worth Financial frauds (“ALLEGED”) investigated by CBI, ED, EOW and other investigating agencies, before various trial courts, High Courts and the Apex Court, involving offences under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Money laundering (PMLA), Economic Offences, Benami transactions, Cyber Crimes, Prevention of Corruption Act etc. He has successfully handled Trade Mark infringements, Copyright violations for various corporates including Pharmaceutical entities, and Media and Entertainment Companies. He is also empaneled with the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. for all Environmental, Power and Electricity matters in the State of Karnataka, National Green Tribunal and with the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
