Shikha Ginodia brings over 15 years of legal expertise to her role as a Partner at ANM Global. Her distinguished career encompasses strategic leadership positions, including heading litigation teams at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited and providing comprehensive legal counsel at Dua Associates. Specializing in steering complex matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Shikha has successfully represented banks, NBFCs, Resolution Professionals, and homebuyers. Her adept handling of diverse stakeholders and successful resolutions of stressed assets in the Real Estate sector has established her as a trusted advisor in the legal domain.

Arpit has joined the Firm in March 2023 and has more than a decade of experience in the Media & Entertainment Industry. Arpit has represented several “A” List producers, broadcasters, studios, production houses, content aggregators & celebrities in various high stake non-litigation and litigation for films, web series, documentaries and other media and entertainment-related content.
