Professional Experience: Sukhamrinder represents various statutory and Public Sector Units (“PSU”) before various courts across the country. He has represented his clients – in the suit for damage; in the constitutional issues; and many more. Sukhamrinder has acted for banks and financial institutions as well as leading infrastructure companies in contractual disputes (like FIDICS and General Conditions Contract), criminal matters and other civil matters. He has handled recoveries of more than INR 200 Crores for his clients. Sukhamrinder is an expert in White Collar Crimes. He has advised and represented clients, both domestic & international, on all aspects of white-collar crime proceedings including the internal audits, risk management processes, and investigations. Sukhamrinder was also a counsel in the famous 2G scam case. Sukhamrinder is well-versed in property related matters including conducting due diligences for preparing the title reports of properties for their purchase, sale or leasing. Sukhamrinder has immense experience in handling Arbitration matters, both domestic & international, for his clients. Sukhamrinder is also a certified Mediator by the Delhi High Court Mediation Center. Sukhamrinder has appeared before National Green Tribunal on various environmental issues and some of the judgements were reported in national newspapers. During this period, he also provided SEBI related advisory and handled litigation before SEBI and SAT. Sukhamrinder has several articles published in journals of State & National level repute.
