Suresh Amesar

Professional Experience: Suresh has over two decades of experience and worked in different capacities at multiple organisations including AZB & Partners, Disney India, Viacom18 and Azendor Consulting. Suresh has wide range of experience in the M&E sector where he has managed both the Television and Film businesses in different capacities while working as inhouse counsel with the Media giants where he has been involved in the management and strategic decisions, launch and acquisition of television channels/networks, and related business challenges/disputes. Suresh has also lead the Regulatory Affairs Team, where he has represented the company in various industry forums including USIBC (US-India Business Council), IBF (Indian Broadcasters Foundation) and IAMAI (Internet & Mobile Association of India) to liaison with various Government Authorities (including MIB and TRAI) for policy making issues relating to the M&E sector at India. After having worked for over a decade in the M&E sector as an in-house counsel, Suresh elected to set-up law firm in Mumbai, and subsequently elected to join hands with ANM Global Inc. as a Partner in January 2021. Suresh’s career growth from being a legal assistant to Mrs. Zia Mody (AZB & Partners) to becoming a Partner at ANM Global Inc. is due to his positive attitude and being a business-enabler, which is well recognised across his peers and clients. Suresh has a strong legal background in the Media & Entertainment industry with extensive experience in solving business and regulatory challenges, backed by powerful industry relationships / networking.
